When was Kotobuki Spirits Corporation established?
On October 1, 2006, the former Kotobuki Seika Co., Ltd. became a pure holding company and changed its trade name to Kotobuki Spirits Co. Ltd. was established through a corporate split, and all of the confectionery business was transferred to Kotobuki Confectionery Co.

Our basic policy is to return profits to shareholders in a stable manner, taking into consideration retained earnings, performance levels, dividend payout ratios, and other factors.
