Our group's basic management policy is "To Create happiness,Provide happiness" and with this as the guideline for all of our business activities, we conduct business as a corporate group that contributes to the local community. Based on this basic policy, as a "comprehensive producer of original brands of confectioneries and store brands throughout Japan," we will continue to devote ourselves to creating products and providing services that will delight our customers even more with our abundant accumulated skills and know-how, and aim to grow and expand our group.
At the same time, the Group will continue its management efforts to earn the trust and meet the expectations of all stakeholders who support our corporate activities.

This management philosophy was created by our founder, Shoichi Kawakoshi, and his predecessors as they overcame many trials and tribulations. The pursuit of profit is not the only purpose of a company, but in order for the company to continue to develop forever, we must always place the highest priority on "making people happy," creating products that will please our customers, continuing to provide services that will please our customers, contributing to local communities, and coexistence and co-prosperity are the raison d'etre of the company and the mission of our company group. Management Philosophy Pocketbook "Kozuchi"

In 2002, we launched the Management Philosophy Penetration Project to deepen understanding and sharing of our management philosophy among all employees. We created 100 articles of our management philosophy (philosophy) and created a management philosophy handbook, "Kozuchi", which clearly states our management philosophy.
 

The "Kozuchi" management philosophy notebook is used in morning meetings, training sessions, study groups, and other events held at each workplace unit, and the "Kozuchi Presentation National Convention" is held once a year to share the results of the practice with all employees and to produce even greater results. This event, in which representatives from each group company who have passed the qualifying rounds present the results of their implementation of the management philosophy, is positioned as the most important event of the Group.

The origin of the company name "Kotobuki Spirits" and its symbol mark

The "Kotobuki Spirit" was established in October 2006 on the occasion of the adoption of a pure holding company structure with the intention of carrying on the aggressive, bold, and passionate spirit of the Kotobuki Group and to create even greater joy by pioneering the future era with all our strength.
The symbol mark represents the meaning that the feelings of each and every employee overlap to form a "circle.
