Kotobuki Seika's main factory accepts factory tours every year, mainly from third-year elementary school students, and about 1,000 children visit the factory each year. The tour includes a tour of the Inaba no Shiro Usagi production line, a hands-on experience of putting red eyes on buns shaped like rabbits, and a quiz corner unique to a production plant.

To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the release of "Inaba no Shirohagi (White Rabbit of Inaba)," a famous San'in confectionery, we established the "White Rabbit Troupe" within the company in 2010 and have been visiting nursery schools and kindergartens within Tottori Prefecture. At the places visited, the troupe performs a picture-story show for children that recreates the Japanese myth of the "White Rabbit of Inaba," holds "Rabbit Exercise," in which children and employees work together to move their bodies, and offers hands-on experience in putting eyes on rabbit manjuu (buns). Meeting local residents and seeing their smiling faces through our visits not only encourages our staff, but also promotes harmony with society.

Seigo Kawagoshi, President and CEO, established Kotobuki Foundation in February 2019 to contribute to building a better society through the provision of scholarships. By providing non-repayable scholarships to students attending universities in the Tokyo metropolitan area who, despite their academic excellence, have difficulty paying their tuition fees for financial reasons, the foundation encourages academic achievement and contributes to the development of promising and outstanding human resources.
Kotobuki Seika has been supporting Gainare Tottori, a professional soccer team in Tottori, since 2010 for the development of local sports.
Since 2016, we have also signed a sponsorship agreement with the Shimane Susanoo Magic, a member of the B-1 League, a professional basketball league. At "title sponsor games" held at home arenas, Kotobuki Seika employees hand out Kotobuki products directly to boosters. Kotobuki Seika's festival troop, "Kotobuki Manto-tai," has also performed at halftime.

The Kujukushima Group participates in the YOSAKOI Sasebo Festival, a major event in Sasebo City, where our headquarters are located, as "Kujukushima Dance Company KAGAKU" in order to liven up the festival and give back to the community. We not only participate in the festival, but also contribute to the operation of the YOSAKOI Sasebo Festival in many other ways, such as participating in the monthly cleanup activities organized by the YOSAKOI Sasebo Festival Executive Committee , participating in pre-festival PR events, and attending monthly management meetings.
